When I think about my first days at Coniq, I look back and laugh! I felt so scared of the unknown. However, when Coniq’s team began to grow, we started to form a community. We shaped our values and very quickly became more than colleagues and friends, we became family.
And since then we have maintained that team spirit! Like families, we’ve had to overcome hurdles along the way, but we’ve always remembered the importance of supporting and communicating with each other.
At the beginning there was a lot to learn, but I quickly began to love what I do. The meaningful interactions with others, especially the way I get to help them overcome their own challenges, is what drives me the most! I love the problem solving aspect of my role, and collaborating with my team is always rewarding.
After 7 months I was promoted to a Team Lead, which I still consider a great responsibility and challenge. It started with 4 team members, and through the years we grew to a maximum of 14. I feel grateful to have been able to rise to this challenge. There were times when we were thrown into difficult situations,where we had to navigate complicated scenarios and days when I had to make quick and tough decisions.
However, thanks to the support provided by my team members and the guidance of senior leadership, I have been able to excel. Coniq has provided me with an abundance of experience, and non-stop learning opportunities that have helped me reach my career goals.
I felt like I was able to grow as an individual with Coniq and my overall experience here has helped me feel more confident in every other aspect of my life. Lastly, I cannot fault the amazing Coniq people I’ve met and worked with, who have always been the crucial reason why I’ve chosen to stay with Coniq for so long!
