Coniq has been selected to run the CRM and Loyalty solution for Zsar Outlet Village, the exciting new outlet scheme in Finland.
Opening on 29th November 2018, Zsar will be the first outlet center in Finland. It is located halfway between St. Petersburg and Helsinki on the EU-Russian border, just 300 meters from the busiest checkpoint between EU and Russia.
Starting with 65 stores in the first phase, Zsar Outlet Village is estimating that it will have 110 premium and luxury fashion, jewelry, and cosmetics brands, restaurants & coffee shops once it has fully launched – attracting millions of affluent customers from Finland and Russia, as well as a rapidly growing number of Asian tourists.
Coniq has been selected because of its unrivaled experience in the European shopping mall and outlet sector. Zsar will use Coniq’s IQ CRM solution to build the outlet database and develop a loyalty program that takes advantage of the unique mix of customers the outlet will attract.
