The USA’s leading property title, Shopping Centers Today, has published an article discussing the benefits of combining physical outlet centers with online retail. Written by the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC), the article identifies how physical retail can thrive when it combines the best digital experiences with great physical retail… such as online shopping and loyalty schemes. 

The results speak for themselves! The article quotes our proven success with VIA Outlets, where almost 700,000 people have signed up to the loyalty program and, on average, spend 35% more per transaction than non-members. 

Compagnie de Phalsbourg’s exciting new outlet – The Village, Lyon, is also highlighted as an exemplar of combining online shopping with physical retail. One thing the article doesn’t mention is that Coniq also powers their Loyalty program, allowing customers to earn points when they shop on The Village’s online web store or in their physical stores.
