Coniq to design and launch a new omnichannel loyalty program for Hungary’s leading outlet village
London, UK: 27 September 2021: Hungary’s largest and most prestigious retail destination, Premier Outlet Budapest, managed by ROS Retail Outlet Shopping, has chosen Coniq to increase the frequency of shopper visits, basket size, and sales with a modern customer experience-based loyalty program to be launched by December 2021.
Premier Outlet Budapest will leverage Coniq’s Plateforme d'engagement total des clients and its suite of fully integrated technologies as the single source of understanding, engaging and influencing the behaviour of shoppers before, during and after they visit the outlet’s 90 national and international fashion, sports, outdoor and lifestyle brands.

Coniq’s IQ platform will enable Premier Outlet Budapest’s marketing, leasing and operations teams to collect, analyse and use customer data to segment shoppers based on attributes such as demographics, shopping behaviour, including in-store transactions, real-time geolocation, visit frequency and customer lifetime value. This will allow them to send highly personalised offers and content in real-time via multiple touchpoints, including in store, mobile app, website, social and email.
The teams will also have access to end-of-day sales data and other insights collected from in store and online touchpoints to continually assess and improve the effectiveness of the new loyalty program and marketing campaigns. In addition to this, the centre will launch its first customer-facing app, further appealing to all visitor demographics and maintaining its position as the #1 retail experience destination in the region.
