The wait is finally over…we can now reveal the exciting new products and features we have added to our platform.

Here at Coniq we make it our continued mission to empower shopping destinations for the future, by helping them build deep customer relationships. The key to doing this successfully is the creation of intuitive experiences for brands and loyalty operators, as well as shoppers.

In the last 6 months, we have made over 1,000 new improvements to our platform and as part of our long-standing commitment to retail innovation, we have designed and built a series of new products to help you eliminate friction for all stakeholders. Take a look at our full product release:

INSIGHTS HUB

The Insights Hub allows brands to self-serve elements of their participation in the program. This tool gives brands access to actionable insights on their performance, enables them to submit their own exclusive offers and rewards directly, and send tailored communications to their loyalty members.

RECEIPT SCANNING

Receipt scanning allows shoppers to register their own transactions against their loyalty account by uploading eligible receipts. Receipt scanning increases the depth of the data captured, including the transaction value and even individual purchased items.

CARD-LINKING

Card-Linking makes customer participation in the program simple and seamless by allowing shoppers to link their payment card to their loyalty account.

DATA MART

Data Mart allows operators to gain a deeper understanding of their shoppers through a simple, and entirely customizable data suite. Now, operators can interpret and manage their own data, create personalized dashboards and even monitor real-time customer behavior.

  • WEB & APP SDK: Enhance your app and web assets by integrating Coniq features and functionality. You can now include location tracking, transaction monitoring, promotions and much more.
  • AFFILIATE MARKETING: Expand your program and generate additional revenue through e-commerce partnerships. Allow members to be rewarded when they purchase online with third-party sites, whilst earning a commission on every sale.
  • MOBILE APP IMPROVEMENTS: Enable cutting-edge engagement functionality within the Coniq IQ App including in-app transaction history, in-app payment for subscriptions, gamification and more!
  • CONIQ IN-STORE POS: Deliver more value to customers and brands through in-store POS (Scanner) enhancements. You can now enable scanner insights and reporting, subscription payments and third-party apps through your scanner.
  • DATA HARVESTING & DASHBOARDS: Access even deeper customer data through Coniq API Loyalty. Send and receive additional data points through the Coniq API suite relating to program subscriptions, offers and rewards, and loyalty member status.
  • LOYALTY MANAGEMENT: Manage customer status within your engagement program and benefit from more promotional flexibility and enhanced rules for tiered programs
